After 6 o'clock in the afternoon, we settled our luggage and were already hungry. Go to the nearest Kuanzhai Lane and fill your stomach first. On the way, we are still thinking about rational consumption. When I first entered Kuanzhai Lane, I couldn't help feeling empty when I saw the signboard of the best hot pot in the world, so I went through the door hungry.
The price of a pair of pot bottoms is 88 yuan, and the food is a little more expensive than usual, but it's safe when you come, so you have to bite the bullet and pad it first. I plan to leave some spare time and eat some snacks in the alley. Fortunately, the taste is good and the soup is delicious, so I don't care much about the price. When we left the store, it was raining lightly and the temperature dropped. However, our interest remained undiminished, and we wandered around Kuanzhai Lane in twos and threes with the crowd.
After eating, snacks lose their original temptation. My eyes are more focused on the buildings on both sides of the street. The architecture of Kuanzhai Lane in Chengdu is simple and elegant, with the legacy of Qing Dynasty. Without grace, there is no wealth and beauty. But in the antique, there is a sense of closeness between neighbors everywhere. The silent shop door is full of charm, revealing an unspeakable magic. It seems that every half-open door invites me, and I can't help going in again and again to see what happened.
Storefronts, large and small, open thick ancient books, telling people about the prosperity and glory of Chengdu. A dazzling array of handicrafts, traditional skills and modern elements are superimposed, and modern beauty is integrated into the vicissitudes of life. Nanmu sculpture is calm and luxurious. Exquisite silver ornaments are ingenious, and the craftsmanship of the outside foundry reappears, which invisibly adds a mystery of ancient art. Tea sets with different shapes can't be touched. As long as you play with your eyes, the fragrance of tea has already risen. Exquisite small wood carvings turned the sky upside down, and even four young monks closed their eyes, slept soundly, or yawned exaggeratedly, which made us laugh.
Going in and out of the alley, I came across some birds, dolls and decorations woven and colored with bark, and I couldn't help admiring the whimsy of the craftsmen. My friend spent five yuan to buy a trinket to hang on her handbag. It seems that she can't put it down. At this time, a string of straw sandals woven by hemp grass caught my attention. So I bought a pair and wanted to wear them as sandals in summer. It's dry, comfortable and a little fun. In Chengdu, bamboo can be seen everywhere, and people make it into many daily necessities. Up to now, some people have put some thin bamboo tubes on the water tank to make a simple water intake device for tourists to enjoy.
Walking, there is a beautiful light in front of you, and pedestrians sometimes come and go. When I looked through the door, I was invited in. It turned out to be a small theater for Sichuan opera performances. Unfortunately, it was too late, so I had to give up what I wanted first.
The next morning, I rushed to Kuanxiang again, intending to get addicted to snacks to make up for last night's shortcomings. In the early morning of Kuanzhai Lane, there are few pedestrians, and there is no light decoration, which is the kind of cold and cheerless home. The food stalls are steaming hot, and there are bursts of thick or light fragrance in the distance. Sichuan tofu, snowballing, fried shrimp, three times twice into the stomach, while enjoying the food while making fun of each other's voracious eating, a pair of eating.
The most appetizing thing is mom's pickled rabbit leg. Swallow three or two times and call it incense! "Another pair"? Friends are much gentler, wave and say, save some thoughts for next time. I have to give up and come back another day. Don't forget to take a picture of the shop when you leave, lest you can't find it in the future. The proprietress became coy and couldn't stop our repeated praise for her beautiful smile, so she had to accept our suggestion and left a silhouette.
Looking back on the past few years, I have been to Kuanzhai Lane several times, all in winter, with sporadic light rain. However, the unique cultural atmosphere in the alley seems to connect Chengdu's past and future, which makes people immersed in it, ignoring the cold and soaking wet. As a foodie, all kinds of delicious snacks are hard to give up. Once in Xi 'an, a snack city, I walked into a fast food restaurant with Kuanzhai Lane signs many times, but I couldn't taste Chengdu.

To Chengdu, Du Fu Caotang is a must. Not to mention that Du Fu's poems are household names, even if they are copied and written by later generations, there is no artistic conception in them.
Walking through the former site of the thatched cottage, I remembered the song "Autumn Wind Breaking the thatched cottage". "This cloth has been as cold as iron for many years, and Joule is almost cracked when lying down." I think the poet was bullied by urchins when he was down and out here, and finally he was reduced to an "idle bedside room". He still cares about the world and people: "There are thousands of spacious buildings, and it is enough for me to freeze to death alone!" " Ashamed at the moment, so selfless, how many people can achieve it today?
Du Fu is an iron fan of Li Bai, how different he is from Li Bai. Li Bai was born in a prosperous time and is famous for his romantic style. He can see the golden jade in ordinary objects, while Du Fu, a realistic poet in the late Tang Dynasty, is quite grounded and pays more attention to the poor life of ordinary people. I think future generations must have great respect for writing their poems, whether cursive or block letters, which have extraordinary significance and rhyme. They only blame themselves for not knowing how to learn, but they can't taste for a long time.
Apart from poetry, the most striking thing is the large-scale and various potted plants. Within a few steps, there is a place, or root carving, or plum, or pine ... some are intertwined and elegant; Some branches and leaves spread out, waiting for the flowers to open. The scenery in every place is different from that in other places. It is difficult to see such a good bonsai in my hometown, and the rockery is also artificially carved. Unlike Chengdu, which occupies the best geographical position, everything seems casual and natural. Even in the cold winter, the water is still clear and full of green.
Chimonanthus praecox is also particularly eye-catching, with many branches sticking out from the side, just like a newly dressed girl, charming, swaying and colorful. So the whole park is beautiful, adding a bit of early spring vitality.
Chengdu deserves to be the world of bamboo. In the scenic area, bamboos can be seen everywhere gathering and growing, and going straight into the sky. In the clouds, they spread out and meet each other to form a door arch. People pass under it as if they had entered another world from one world.
Bamboo in a thatched cottage seems to grow on a big roof because of the terrain. People walking in the corridor need to look up and look up to see. The bamboo in Wangjianglou is more wanton, and it is a veritable bamboo cultivation base. According to legend, during the Three Kingdoms period, Chang 'an woman Xue Tao lived here with her father. Xue Tao loves bamboo for his poems. Later generations planted it widely in memory of her.
At that time, there were scattered raindrops floating in the sky, strolling in the garden and pruning bamboo everywhere, which was simply a paradise for bamboo. Almost all famous bamboos from all over the world can find their homes here. After leaving the nursery base, almost all bamboos grow in groups. From a distance, the bundles are very strong, and the thickest diameter is close to one foot. Especially the scenery I saw when I first entered the park, not to mention how beautiful it was. Two rows of bamboos stand side by side, much like officials in ancient yamen, bowing respectfully at the top, forming a strange landscape, which is amazing. Although I came again, I still couldn't help taking pictures as a souvenir. Time has passed, bamboo is as green as ever, but people are no longer young, so I can't help sighing. However, what is the use of lamenting? Only by living a beautiful posture, following the footsteps of the morning light, reaching out and reconciling with the years.
My friend said, on such a cold day, I'm going to have another hot pot addiction. Also, how can this bamboo forest be colder in winter and hotter in summer? Despite the non-stop for half a day, I still can't resist the cold weather, and my legs and feet are still numb. Just walk along the river, the river flows slowly, and several egrets stand in the misty distance. Three or two anglers, one holding the pole intently, two turned their heads and smiled kindly at us. We get information from each other, and the fisherman grasps a state of mind, which has nothing to do with the harvest. The slow life of Chengdu people can be seen.

Sichuan tea culture has a long history, and Chengdu people are famous for their love of tea. In the famous scenic spots in Chengdu, local health tea can be seen everywhere, beautifully packaged and sold to tourists. There is a famous Sichuan Tea Group in Kuanxiang, where there are many kinds of tea, exquisite tea sets, simple and elegant, and unique.
I'm more interested in outdoor tea stalls, where there are all kinds of special teas. There are scented tea or green tea soaked in a glass, and there are also traditional bowl-covering teas. It is exquisite to cover a bowl of tea, and one plate is called heaven and earth; A teacup is a metaphor for people. Pour the tea into the cup and cover it, meaning harmony between heaven and earth. The so-called dry Kun in the cup, the sun and the moon in the tea, even if the price is artificially high, still can't help but stop at Jinli Lotus Mansion. Sit down at the tea stall and have a cup of tea and listen to a zither, and all kinds of troubles will disappear. At three or four o'clock in the afternoon, the sun shines warmly on the body, and the bamboo rattan chair also makes people particularly relaxed, unconsciously giving birth to a feeling of laziness and dozing off. When I woke up, the pianist had disappeared and the tea stall was still packed.
On the seat diagonally opposite, there are two young foreign girls, one white and one black. They chatted casually, with vivid expressions on their faces, and occasionally lit a cigarette each. Although there is a considerable distance between them, I can't hear what they are saying at all. But they looked happy and kept gesturing during the conversation. The breath of youth and self-confidence from the inside out are really charming.
There are real civilian tea stalls in the depths of People's Park. At dinner time, the tea stall was full of people, which was very lively. People call friends, or get married and have children. Adults hold their children and sons hold their fathers, sitting around in twos and threes. The shop assistants are busy with teacups in one hand and kettles with long mouths in the other, greeting the new guests from time to time. Asked the boss, the minimum consumption 13 yuan, less than a third of the price of the scenic spot, a little more comfortable and free. Then I went into the store and ordered a famous Chengdu snack from 50 yuan. The variety was complete, and the dinner for two people was just right.
After dinner, we took a walk. In a corner of the park, we saw a couple of young people singing and dancing. The songs are soothing and the dances are beautiful, which makes people linger. The young man was fascinated by us and simply added a song. I have been chanting that the slow life in Chengdu has long lost its original flavor and become commercialized, which seems to be the window of the scenic economy. However, when we stroll in the People's Park and blend into the local people's life circle, we really feel the relaxed mentality of Chengdu people.
Time is in a hurry. I will say goodbye to Chengdu the next day, but I still feel nostalgic and feel that the real trip has just begun. I have to make an appointment next time and have the opportunity to go back to Chengdu to experience the daily life of ordinary citizens.
