1. Based on the characteristics of regional natural resources, it is urgent to build a green ecological pension industry, enhance regional competitiveness and sustainable development. Huailai County, Hebei Province, which is adjacent to Guanting Reservoir, is a typical agricultural resource county. The overall development of green ecological holiday economy is lagging behind, and the foundation of related tourism, health care and pension industries is weak. Affected by natural conditions, the structure of green ecological industrial chain is not perfect, the development of ecological health pension industry with advantages is still insufficient, and the area of barren hills and wasteland is large, so the comprehensive planning and development efforts need to be strengthened.
