Siamese cats are called "coal diggers" since childhood. Siamese cat is a world-famous short-haired cat and a representative species of short-haired cat. Its race originated in Siam (now Thailand), so it was named Siam Cat.

Body hair is uniform and monochromatic, but seal color spots are allowed. There are some shadows on the blue spots. The color of body hair should be in obvious contrast with the spot color.
