Some people say that running is kneeling. I can only say that it's because you don't warm up enough, or you run too much, or you are too eager for speed and don't feel your body's reaction with your heart.

I run very slowly. I have been running for two or three years, and now the fastest pace is about five and a half minutes. If I compete with others, how dare I run? I always tell myself that we don't pursue pace, but our goal is to run to the end of time and reach the age of 80. In order to achieve this goal, we should be careful to protect our knees from injury. Meniscus injury is irreversible. Everyone has expectations for himself, so do I, hoping to stay healthy and not be overweight.

After two months of fat reduction, I lost 10 kg, and I am about to reach the phased weight goal. Although this speed is a bit slow, I eat happily every day, with balanced nutrition in the morning, middle and evening. Cooking and hot pot can be eaten in strings without drawing water. This diet is sustainable.
