If fitness facilities are damaged due to improper use, the recipient unit shall order them to make compensation or repair as appropriate; Intentionally destroying fitness equipment, which does not constitute a crime, shall be punished by the public security organ in accordance with the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Administrative Penalties for Public Security, and shall be ordered to compensate for the losses.
