Live broadcast can improve your eloquence skills: reading aloud, training in front of the mirror, recording and taking photos of yourself, trying to lie down and read aloud, and so on.
1, read aloud.
Read it by yourself and read it out loud. Read some articles every day, not only to practice articulate speech, but also to accumulate some knowledge and information. More importantly, it is of great benefit to the body, clearing the throat and expanding the chest, collecting the qi of heaven and earth, and becoming a noble body! Read aloud for more than half an hour every day for two or three years, and you can become a master without being a master.
2. Train in front of the mirror.
I suggest that you install a big mirror on the wall of the living room or office, and train yourself in front of the mirror every day, train your eyes, train your expression and train your body language during reading, so that the effect is better.
3. Self-recording and video recording.
If conditions permit, I suggest you shoot your own voice and talk once every other week, so that you can repeatedly observe and study where I am stuck, where my gestures are not in place and where my expression is unnatural. Over time, your eloquence will naturally improve rapidly. Looking at your own camera once is better than going on stage ten times and twenty times.
4. Try to lie down and read aloud.
If you want to practice first-class luck skills and first-class singing skills, an easy way is to lie down and read aloud! When we lie down, it is bound to be abdominal breathing, and abdominal breathing is the best way to practice sound and breathing. Read aloud in bed for ten minutes before going to bed every day. Before getting up every day, lie in bed and sing a song before getting up.
Stick to it for a month or two, and you will feel that you are breathing smoothly, with a loud voice, beautiful sound quality, more penetrating and more magnetic!
