2. After opening the website, click the headline number on the upper right, and then select Login to enter the media background;
3. Click "Publish Articles" and select "Publish Video";
4. Click the video icon in the editor to open the Insert Video dialog box, and click "Select Video" to select local video upload;
5. "Video Information" and "Upload Progress Bar" will be displayed below the text editor;
6. After the video is uploaded, it will enter the processing stage (transcoding), and the processing stage will not affect the "addition" of the video to the text, nor will it affect the publication of the article;
7. Hold down the mouse cursor at a certain position in the text editor and click "Add to Text" to add the video to the text;
8. If the video is not added to the text, it will be displayed at the top of the text by default.
