1. The quick selection tool selects the background with moire pattern, feathers it to 10 pixels, and then Ctrl+J copies two layers of background layers.
2. Select layer 1 copy layer, select image mode, select 32-bit channel H, and click No Split.
3. Click the duplicate layer of layer 1, select Gaussian blur, and control the value until the background moire is eliminated. Click OK.
4. Select the duplicate layer of layer 1 and embed it downward.
5. Select the duplicate layer of layer 1 to add noise, the value is 0 to 1 pixel, and click OK.
6. Select Gaussian blur and reduce the value.
2. Add noise with a value of 0 to 1 pixel.
7. Merge the duplicate layers of layer 1 and layer 1 and add noise from 0 to 1 pixel, and the moire will be completely eliminated.
