First, find the video image compression on our mobile phone desktop, and click it, as shown in the figure below.

Then click Compress Now on the right side of the compressed video, as shown in the figure below.

Then select a video you want to compress, as shown in the figure below.

Then click Add, as shown in the figure below.

Then select the mode you want (this article takes the normal mode as an example), as shown in the figure below.

Then click the compression ratio and click go below, as shown in the figure below.

In this way, the video is compressed.

You can click the blue font "Click here to delete the original video" on the screen, as shown in the figure below. Doing so can save some space on our Apple mobile phone.
