Of course, you must never exercise after meals, which is even worse. After dinner, my stomach is full and I will digest it. Exercise hurts the stomach and is even worse for the body.

I suggest that if you get up in the morning to do morning exercises, or jog, or take a walk, or hit Tai Ji Chuan, you won't learn. Besides, morning exercises, walking, jogging and Tai Ji Chuan are also good exercises, but haste makes waste.

If you want to exercise your muscles, you should do strenuous exercise, preferably in the afternoon, or at night if you don't have time in the afternoon. But be careful not to exercise immediately after eating, preferably one hour after eating, and secondly, pay attention to safety after dark.
