Small partners who lose weight love to eat fruit, but not all fruits are good for losing weight!
The calorie of lean pork is 143 kcal/100g [1], and there are four kinds of fruits with higher calories than lean pork! If you eat freely, it is not far from the "half moon"! The calorie of the last fruit is actually 1.8 times that of lean pork!
1. durian: The calorie is 150 kcal/100g, which is 1.05 times that of lean pork.
