In fact, I think the word "persistence" is not always positive. There are so many things in this world that you can't get them even if you persist. If you stick to a relationship, it may not last long; You put all your eggs in one basket and stick to a hopeless life dream, but you are likely to end up empty-handed. Losing weight is really related to age. I thought it was not difficult to lose weight a few years ago. I didn't exercise at all. If I eat less, I will lose weight. When you are old, even if you don't eat much and exercise hard, the effect is not so obvious.

I don't know if I can achieve the expected goal. After all, greed and laziness are the four most suitable words to describe me. Of course, the best is achieved, and there is no need to force it if it cannot be achieved.

After all, I am an old woman, so I can't compete with age and natural laws, can I?

But at least I can be gratified that if I don't get a good figure, I will get a good life and a healthy lifestyle.
