The main responsibilities of the Qinghai Provincial Health and Wellness Committee are as follows:

Overall planning of health resource allocation and information construction, guiding the preparation and implementation of health planning in the province. Formulate and organize the implementation of policies and measures to promote the equalization, generalization and convenience of basic public health services and the extension of public resources to the grassroots;

2. Responsible for the coordinated promotion of healthy Jiangsu strategy, study and put forward policy suggestions, institutional measures and division of responsibilities for the construction of healthy Jiangsu and coordinate their implementation. Coordinate the health promotion and health services in the whole province;

3, coordinate and promote the deepening of medical and health system reform, in conjunction with the relevant departments to study and put forward major arrangements, policies and measures to deepen the reform of medical and health system. Organize and promote the comprehensive reform of public hospitals, promote the separation of management and operation, improve the modern hospital management system, formulate and organize the implementation of policies and measures for the diversification of public health service providers and models, and put forward policy suggestions on medical services and drug prices.

If the complaints and reports are submitted to the market supervision and management department at the same time, or the materials provided contain both complaints and reports, the market supervision and management department shall handle the complaints and reports separately in accordance with the procedures prescribed in these Measures.
