(3) Beginners swallow at least 100 times a day, and the number can be increased after proficiency. While practicing the method of eating qi, we should appropriately reduce the intake of food. Generally, after 10 days of practice, the food intake can be significantly reduced, but the spirit is more full than before.
Precautions: People with severe organ diseases and wasting diseases should not practice this skill; The number of breaths per day should be increased day by day and should not be rushed; If you have symptoms such as thirst and boredom during practice, you can stir your gums with your tongue to produce saliva and swallow it, or you can quench your thirst with products such as olives and ebony. Reducing food intake should be gradual.
