It is suitable for patients with halitosis caused by damp-heat and liver depression, especially for patients with sore throat.
4, licorice tea

2. Ways to relieve bad breath
(1) light salt water
Bacteria in the oral cavity will ferment and decompose food residues and dental plaque left on teeth, resulting in unpleasant smell, while light salt water has anti-inflammatory and bactericidal effects, which can eliminate bacteria in the oral cavity and reduce bad breath.
Practice: Rinse your mouth with light salt water every morning, or simply rinse your mouth with light salt water after meals.
(2) Taomi water

Note: Chrysanthemum is cool, and it is not suitable for people with deficiency, spleen deficiency, stomach cold and diarrhea.
(4) Lilac
Clove is warm and pungent, which can prevent and treat oral ulcer, warm the stomach and relieve halitosis caused by rising stomach fire or periodontitis. Coupled with the fragrant smell of cloves, it can quickly suppress the odor in the mouth. The practice of removing bad breath with cloves has been around since the Tang Dynasty.
