2. Replacement and maintenance of computer hardware: Generally speaking, newly bought computers have fewer problems. The main problem occurred in the old computers before 2005. Because the machine has been aging for many years, it has passed the warranty period, so the failure frequency is higher, and the network card and graphics card have the most failures.
At present, about 90 computers have been connected to the local network. Because of the relatively large number of computers, network security is relatively fragile. Nowadays, there are many computer viruses on the Internet, and the transmission channels are also relatively wide. You can enjoy files by browsing files, spreading by mail, and * * *. In order to take preventive measures, anti-virus software is installed on every machine in the company, which is automatically upgraded regularly, and the machines that find the virus are handled in time.
Now using Rising and 360 antivirus software, the daily work is running normally. In the later period of virus prevention, we must strengthen employees' awareness of prevention, often upgrade anti-virus software, and regularly carry out anti-virus on machines.
