I started to lose weight from June 5438 to February 2008, and so far, I have achieved little. Let me share it with you. If you are really hungry, eat 1 cucumber, and it is best not to eat it (be careful not to eat any snacks at night). The main reason is persistence. I have reduced my weight from 130 kg to 109 kg now. After careful calculation, I have been doing this method for six months. All the nutrition is mainly at lunch. Lunch should be properly matched, but I must not overeat.
