Massage the root of the little finger: keep breathing evenly, then straighten your right arm and lift it to the left, then lift your left hand, put the palm of your left hand on the palm of your right hand, massage the root of the little finger for 15 seconds, and then massage the other side.
Massage Li San point: bend your elbow with your hands clenched, lift your left arm to your chest, and the upper arm is at right angles to the lower arm. Then lift your right hand and put it on the left elbow joint, press Li San point on the inside of the elbow joint 15 seconds, and then massage on the other side.
Massage the arm outward: play with the elbow, lift the left arm to the chest position, the upper arm is at right angles to the lower arm, the left palm opens naturally, then raise the right hand and press it on the left arm, and then gently knead the muscles outside the arm with your fingertips. The action lasts for 20 seconds, then massage the other side.
Massage the lateral joint of the arm: bend the elbow with your right hand, put your palm on your left abdomen, then lift your left arm to the position above the bust, with the upper arm at right angles to the lower arm, press your left hand on the elbow joint outside your right arm, and then massage your palm upward. Massage continuously for 20 seconds, and then switch to the other side.
Massage the back shoulder: lift the left arm and extend horizontally forward. Then put your left hand on your back under your left shoulder, gently massage your back shoulder 15 seconds with the index finger, middle finger and finger pulp of your ring finger, and then switch to the other side.
