First, the purpose of the exam
By implementing the physical examination of junior middle school academic level examination, and incorporating the examination results into the entrance examination results, students are encouraged to actively and consciously participate in regular physical exercise, form the concept and habit of healthy exercise, master sports skills, enhance their physique, improve their health level, further promote the reform of school physical education curriculum content and methods, and effectively enhance the effectiveness of school physical education teaching.
Second, the participants
All junior high school graduates.
Three, examination items, scores, scoring requirements and standards
(1) test items and scores
Physical education examination combines process evaluation with summative evaluation, pays attention to the combination of students' overall quality requirements and individual development differences, and enhances students' right to choose and develop. According to the Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standard for Junior Middle Schools in Zhejiang Province and the National Physical Health Standard for Students, the examination items are divided into daily school physical education items and centralized examination items, with a score of ***40, of which the centralized examination items are divided into compulsory examination items and optional examination items.
1. Daily school physical education: according to the requirements of physical education class and national standards for students' physical health, combined with the performance of students participating in extracurricular sports activities, the score is10;
2. Centralized examination items: divided into compulsory examination items (10) and optional examination items (20 points).
(1) required items: middle and long-distance running (boys 1000m, girls 800m), score10;
Candidates can take up to 2 long-distance running tests and record the best effective results. After taking part in the first long-distance running test, candidates who are not satisfied with the test results can apply for taking part in the second long-distance running test through the school within 48 hours after the end of the test (the schools in the central city report to the district education bureaus, and the schools directly under the school report to the Municipal Education Examinations Institute), and the institutions will arrange the test uniformly. Candidates who get full marks in the first long-distance running test are not allowed to take the second test.
(2) Elective events: Elective events include basketball dribbling shooting, football dribbling, skipping rope (60s), pull-ups (60s for boys), sit-ups (60s for girls), solid ball throwing (2kg), 50m running and standing long jump, with each score of 10, and are divided into A (skill category) according to physical requirements.
A (skill): basketball dribbling shooting, football dribbling, skipping rope (60 seconds);
B (strength class): pull-ups (boys), sit-ups (girls, 60 seconds), throwing solid balls (2 kg);
C (speed-sensitive): standing long jump at 50m.
When students register, they choose two kinds of projects that they are best at from A, B and C, and only one project in each category can be selected for the test. After registration, the examination items cannot be changed. These two test scores are included in the total score of the senior high school entrance examination, with a score of 20 points.
(2) Scoring requirements and standards
Daily school physical education examination shall be carried out according to annex 1; Other project test site equipment, test requirements and grading standards shall be implemented according to Annexes 2 and 3.
