Practice of Jianwei Xiaoshi Decoction
There are three steps in the practice of Jianwei Xiaoshi decoction.

1. Wash the radish first, and then slice and shred it.

2. Add a little salt, soy sauce and chopped green onion to the meat foam and mix well.

3. Scalp the scallops with boiling water, put ginger, scallops and shredded radish into a soup pot and add boiling water, then rub the meat foam into meatballs. After the fire boils, cook for seven or eight minutes with medium fire and add appropriate amount of salt. Finally, pour the cooked scallop radish soup into the soup bowl and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
