The third goal is to lose weight.

My height is1.7m, but my weight is155kg. Because of lack of self-discipline, I am in poor health now, so losing weight is a very practical goal. My goal is to control my weight around 130 kg this year.

The focus of this goal is not how much to reduce, but how to maintain it after it is reduced to 130. This is really a big problem for me.

I can quickly reduce my weight to more than 130 kg by changing food at 159, but it is not easy to keep my weight at 130 kg. I need to do aerobic exercise. I like jogging. Then, my homework is to lose weight by jogging.
