Dr. Chen Lijin from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Guotai General Hospital pointed out that hydroma is called cyst in medicine. Tubal cyst is the remnant of Mullerian duct in embryonic stage, which will appear in about 3 ~ 7% of women, most of them are asymptomatic and will disappear by themselves, and only a few will cause fallopian tube or ovarian torsion, or affect the oviduct's egg grasping function, leading to infertility.
Tubal cyst is a kind of uterine adnexal cyst with unknown etiology. This kind of cyst is mostly between 1~8 cm, rarely exceeding 30 cm in literature, and even less as large as 40 cm in clinic without any symptoms such as abdominal pain, constipation and hydronephrosis. Later, the water tumor was removed by laparoscopic surgery, and as much as 16 thousand cc of water was taken out from the water tumor, which was as small as the instant weight loss 16 kg after operation.
Tubal cyst grows faster, so surgical treatment should be considered.
If the cyst of fallopian tube is relatively small and does not need surgical treatment, you can observe it closely. If the growth rate is relatively fast, we should consider surgical treatment. Tubal cyst is often difficult to distinguish from ovarian cyst, which can be judged by ultrasound and blood tumor markers before operation, but it is often diagnosed after operation. Surgical treatment can be laparoscopic surgery, which belongs to a kind of endoscope. Laparoscopic surgery is based on 2? Four small wounds less than 1 cm, specially designed instruments are put into the body for surgery, and a tiny lens with the diameter of 1 cm is inserted into the abdomen to transmit the image to the TV screen, which can enlarge the focus and see more clearly, and has the advantages of less trauma, quick recovery, low postoperative pain and short hospitalization days.
Dr. Chen Lijin reminded that after menopause, women are more likely to accumulate fat in their abdomen due to estrogen deficiency, but women who have not stopped menopause are more likely to accumulate fat in their limbs. If there is abnormal increase in abdominal circumference, or there are symptoms such as abdominal pain, backache and difficulty in defecation, it is recommended to further check whether there are gynecological tumors.
