1. Modify the download area: Open the Steam settings, select download, modify in the download area column, and select a server near you, so that the download speed of steam can exceed 20m.
2. Clear the download cache: Open the steam settings and click Download. At the bottom of the page, you can see the option to clear the download cache. Click OK to restart steam.
