Diet:

You still have to eat three meals. You can eat chicken breast, beef, shrimp, fish (only one for each meal, not counting breakfast) and various vegetables. The best are celery, cauliflower, tomatoes, vegetables, lettuce and so on. You can eat some rice properly, but never too much. Can only be boiled in water, no oil, no seasoning, and you can put a little salt when eating. You can eat steamed bread (not sweet) and soybean milk (light) for breakfast.

Tomatoes and cucumbers are free to eat.
