This is the weight loss plan I used before. put on file
Breakfast: a cup of yogurt+a steamed stuffed bun (depending on the size of the steamed stuffed bun)
Lunch: canteen rice (green vegetables, canteen food is the most helpful to lose weight)+small bowl of rice+soup is the best (variety is not limited)
Dinner: continue to eat, preferably porridge,
Note: If you are hungry, you can eat apples or add a bag of beer yeast to help you lose weight. It is economical and safe to lose weight when you are a student. Especially the school canteen, I don't want to go in my life, which is unforgettable.
