I usually go dancing for more than an hour after dinner, probably after eight o'clock in the evening. Then jump for 30 minutes, don't underestimate this 30 minutes, as long as it can be used correctly, it can play a super big role.
I just take a break after 150, and then I can jump above 150 in 30 minutes. I've been dancing for more than a month, and I've lost 7 or 8 pounds.
Although you can lose weight, I still remind you to stretch your calves after jumping, or you will grow muscles. Specific methods:
Stand up straight and cross your legs.
When standing, bend down and touch the ground with both hands, and continue with the other leg after about 10 seconds.
If you can't reach the ground, try to keep your head close to your legs. In short, you should feel the flesh behind your calf stretched.
These are my own experiments, I hope you are getting thinner and thinner ~
