Legal basis: The first article of Shijiazhuang Promulgation is to expand the service target of talent green card. Newly introduced full-time master graduates who are closely integrated with Shijiazhuang industry and rated as Class A subjects by national universities are included in the service scope of talent green card B card. The eight newly added university disciplines are: Pharmacy of Shenyang Pharmaceutical University, Chinese Pharmacy of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Applied Economics, Statistics and Business Administration of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, Chemical Engineering and Technology of Nanjing University of Technology, Applied Economics and Statistics of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, Mechanical Engineering of Yanshan University, Control Science and Engineering of Guangdong University of Technology, and Chemical Engineering and Technology of Zhejiang University of Technology.
