The new campus of Xiaogan Kong Lin of Wuhan University of Light Industry is expected to be completed in 2026. According to official website of Wuhan University of Light Industry, the new campus of Wuhan University of Light Industry is located in Xiaogan Airport Economic Zone, in the north of Wuhan, with a total area of 100 square kilometers and a construction area of 39 square kilometers. It is a key project for the integrated development of Xiaogan in Wuhan. It started in April 2022 and was still under construction as of May 2023 17. The estimated construction period is 4 years, in 2003.
