Analysis of illness: women are prone to constipation in the second month, so they should eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, have relatively little monthly activities, stay in bed more, supplement a high-protein diet, and their mothers sweat more, which is easy to cause constipation. First of all, proper activities are not easy. Long-term bed rest can accelerate intestinal peristalsis and promote intestinal emptying. Second, drink more water and eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, especially coarse fiber vegetables, bananas, kiwis and other fruits. At the same time, we suggest drinking a cup of boiled water first and then a cup of molasses water in the morning, which will help to moisten the intestines and relax the bowels.
