Clothing preparation
Half-sleeved T-shirts (discussed separately), trousers and long-sleeved clothes (changeable weather) don't need too much, just one or two pieces are enough. Belt (required).
Daily necessities preparation
Comb, mirror, sunscreen, skin care water, clothes hanger, mosquito repellent, essential balm (only essential balm is most effective for acne), towel, soap, detergent, shampoo (preferably in small bags, which saves space and is convenient), toilet paper, band-aid, commonly used drugs (such as diarrhea), flashlight, pen and notebook. Girls should know what to bring.
Food preparation
Cookies, chocolates, sausages, etc. Don't bring instant noodles, there is no time or hot water for you to soak.
Monetary reserve
It's best to bring a 50- 100. Every unit has different requirements, just in case. MP3, walkman generally don't bring, in case of loss. You can bring a mobile phone, remember to bring a charger, and set it to vibrate during training. It's best to put it in your coat pocket, or you will easily knock your hand when swinging your arm. Another advantage of carrying a mobile phone is that it is an alarm clock. It is absolutely delayed to get up in the morning by blowing the trumpet, and you should get up half an hour earlier.
