Unforgettable enlightenment
I often miss my first teacher with deep gratitude. It is they who sow beautiful seeds in my tender heart, and teach me to love my motherland, be diligent and studious, and be an honest person. Decades have passed, and the teachers' words still seem to echo in my ears.
My first school is called Zhuxi Primary School, outside the street of a small town in the south of the Yangtze River. I still vaguely remember the narrow courtyard, the dark classroom and the auditorium with only a small stone "stage" without seats ... I remember our assembly in this auditorium, which we will never forget.
Probably 1942, the hard years of occupation. When I was in the third grade of primary school, the teacher organized all the students to hold many anti-Japanese speech contests here. I have also been on stage, and the speech was written for me by the teacher at the level, Mr. Feng.
The school is very close to the turret of Japanese soldiers, only 200 meters. During the speech contest, someone stood guard at the school gate. When I saw the Japanese soldiers or translators passing by, I ran in to report, and then the speech was temporarily stopped and everyone sang together.
At that time, I was still young and didn't quite understand the possible consequences of this incident. Later, when I learned how the Japanese invaders brutally killed the patriots in China, I couldn't help but feel infinite admiration for the bravery of the teachers.
I went to school when I was six. I was young and always sat in the front row in class. Teachers like me very much. They said many compliments to me, and I have forgotten them. But I was inevitably criticized and even punished. I have never forgotten this scene.
In my class, composition and writing are my "strengths", but even in these two classes, I have been reprimanded. There is a composition entitled "Remember an autumn outing". At the beginning of the article, I said, "On Sunday morning, I was playing on the grass outside West Street, and suddenly I smelled the fragrance of osmanthus, so we went to Tangxia Village to pick osmanthus." After reading it, Mr. Chen recognized the words "smell specialty" at the end. I didn't understand the meaning of this comment, so I asked. My husband said to me with a straight face, "Tangxia is three miles away from here, and you can smell the sweet-scented osmanthus there." Your nose is so long? " It hurts my heart a little, but I still feel ashamed, because I really don't smell osmanthus. The first few words are fabricated out of thin air. Once in a Chinese character class, the teacher called me to the podium when handing out notebooks, and said to me seriously, "Your score this time is C, which means you passed, but for you, this is a failure because you should have got an A." If you do this again in the future, you will be slapped. "I feel a little embarrassed to say it in front of the whole class, but I am still convinced, because in the first half of the poster class, I whispered with my classmates and my handwriting was really sloppy.
There is only one course in my impression that the teacher is particularly tolerant, and that is translating Japanese. Teachers don't care even if they skip classes. From this combination of leniency and severity, we primary school students also realized some truths that teachers did not make clear.
In the second year after liberation, I went to work in Beijing. Since then, a long time has passed and many things I have experienced have been forgotten. However, the scenes of my childhood life and the smiles and voices of the first teachers still reappear in my memory from time to time, causing me to think and daydream.
Since the late 1950s, I have also embarked on the path taken by my first teachers and become a teacher. When I stand on the pulpit and preach my faith to young people, I will think of my first teacher. From this, I think what teachers do in ordinary teaching posts will not be in vain. Now that the seeds sown by my teachers have blossomed and borne fruit on their students, what reason can we not let the seeds sown blossom and bear fruit on our students?

Unforgettable Enlightenment Reading Notes 1
This week, we studied Chapter 6, Unforgettable primary school life, and what impressed us most was unforgettable enlightenment.
This text tells several things that happened between the author and his first teacher in Zhuxi Primary School. Especially in the speech, the teacher secretly held it under the supervision of Japanese soldiers; In writing, the teacher severely criticized the author with witty comments; In writing class, teach the author in a serious tone; However, Japanese classes are very tolerant-these are all taught by teachers. After reading this article, I deeply realized the teacher's painstaking efforts. Here, I say to all the teachers: "Thank you, you taught us knowledge, let us move from ignorance to maturity, you taught us to be a man, let us step into society from school."
"They planted beautiful seeds in my tender heart and taught me to love my motherland and be an honest person." This sentence highlights the center of the article. More specifically, it taught us to be practical, diligent and love our motherland. This reminds me of a truth. Teachers teach us to be human all the time. They think of us and hope that we can become useful people and pillars of the country.
In class, the reason why teachers can tell every lesson well and make us understand it more clearly and deeply is because they have prepared everything for us before class-preparing lessons. Who knows how long it will take a teacher to prepare lessons? Who understands the teacher's good intentions?
Teachers are like a bright lamp, illuminating the way forward for lost children and letting them find their way home. Thank you teacher!
Unforgettable Enlightenment Notes II
Today, under the guidance of my beloved Chinese teacher, I learned "Unforgettable Enlightenment" after class. I was deeply moved by the patriotism of the teachers.
Ah! Give a speech fearlessly in front of the Japanese army; The looseness of Japanese translators in the Japanese class shows their noble quality and spirit of being fearless in times of crisis. How admirable! Now think again, we study quietly in the classroom, but we don't cherish it. We hate learning. Think about how much we shouldn't!
"They planted beautiful seeds in my tender heart and taught me to love my motherland, study hard and be an honest person." This short sentence from the article highlights the center of the article and teaches us to love the motherland, be diligent and pragmatic more specifically.
This reminds me of the teachers who have been teaching us how to be human. They all think of us and hope that we can become useful people and contribute to the motherland, which is the best comfort for them. In class, the teacher can tell us that there is no class smoothly, which makes us understand more clearly and profoundly. Because of everything they prepare for us before class-preparing lessons, who knows how long a teacher will have to prepare lessons? Who understands the teacher's good intentions?
Isn't it? The person who teaches us knowledge every morning, corrects homework every afternoon, and stays up late to prepare lessons for us every night-our teacher. The teacher is like a hardworking gardener, sweating for the flowers of the country tomorrow, leaving her hard steps everywhere in the big garden of the school. Teachers are like a bright lamp, illuminating the road ahead for lost children, fanning the vast fog and letting them find their way home.
After watching the unforgettable enlightenment class, I understand that teachers have a kind and selfless heart under the harsh mask. On behalf of people all over the world, I would like to pay tribute to and thank all the teachers: "Thank you, you have trained us to grow up and let us go to society, and you have carefully taught us to learn basic knowledge." When I read that "they planted beautiful seeds in my tender heart and taught me to love my motherland, be diligent and studious, and be an honest and upright person."
