Drink more water, eat more vegetable soup, eat more fruits, eat every two or three hours, but only a little at a time. Stay energetic and excited all day. Don't eat for 3 hours before going to bed at night. Don't lie down after a meal. Eat eggs and milk in the morning.
If you are really hungry, recommend pumpkin porridge, sweet potato and old corn. . . allay/appease/alleviate/stay one's hunger (with sth)
