Each virtual machine usually runs at the hard disk 15-20 iops, and 50 10 virtual machines are required for startup. The iops must be above 200, and the average hard disk is only about 120 iops, so the hard disk can't keep up. Naturally, I feel particularly stuck.

Raid0 or SSD hard drives require more hard drives. Of course, the large capacity of the latter is too expensive.
