The practice of fried rice with eggs?

Rice should be cooked the day before, not the day before. Don't put too much water when cooking, but don't pinch it. There are two ways to fry rice with eggs. One is to put eggs first, and the other is to put eggs later. However, eggs must be beaten into egg liquid first.
