A boiled egg+a cup of skim milk or a piece of whole wheat bread (note that it is whole wheat bread)+coffee (only milk without sugar) and you can use fruit instead, that is, put bananas or papaya+skim milk in the cooking machine to make a milkshake, and you can also add some honey, which is delicious and nutritious without getting fat.
2. Lunch
Because it is at school, lunch is basically eaten outside, so you can't care too much. Just remember, don't sit down at once, stand for at least half an hour until you are full and have a good meal.
3. main meal
Try to eat less dinner. Never eat after 9 o'clock. If you are really hungry, drink a glass of honey water. I usually eat some fruits (apples, tomatoes and so on) around 3 o'clock, so I won't be hungry after dinner and eat very little.
