There are too many softwares downloaded and installed by OPPO mobile phone and too many data caches, which may lead to insufficient storage space and slow operation of the mobile phone.

If your phone is out of storage space, you can try the following methods to free up space.

(1) coloros11and above: enter "Settings >; (about this machine) > storage space > cleaning ",including photo cleaning, video cleaning, application uninstallation, application slimming, document cleaning, cloud migration and other operations, is simple and quick.

(2)ColorOS7 and above systems: "Mobile Manager" APP> Clean Storage, which can be used to clean photos, clean videos, uninstall applications, slim down applications, clean documents, and migrate to the cloud. It's simple and fast.

(3)ColorOS7 and above systems: enter the "file management" APP> clear storage/space > one-click cleaning (safe cleaning) to clear the file data.

Tips:

If the above methods can't solve your problem, please back up your mobile phone information and bring your mobile phone, invoice and warranty card to the local OPPO official service center for testing.
