Why are you colluding with each other? Only friends who have done it know that if they are factory agents, every regular manufacturer will require a minimum purchase quantity (or purchase quantity). For some people who specialize in sugar-free food stores instead of taking the supermarket channel, "minimum purchase" can't be completed at all.
What shall we do? Some friends adopted the method of getting goods from local dealers. But since it is a "local" dealer, there is no reason not to increase the price, at least 8- 15 points. As far as I know, some even increased to 30%. What else do you earn? You can go to work directly.
Only in one case will the dealer not raise your price. That is, this dealer is not in the same area as you at all, and he won't increase your price, which means he just wants to run or dump at a low price. Whatever the purpose, it will not impact his market anyway, because you are not in the same area.
How does the support group work? For example, a friend from Yangzhou, Jiangsu, a friend from Suzhou, and a friend from Huai 'an, if each of you wants to make six brands of products in his own shop, assuming that the minimum purchase quantity of each brand is 4,000 yuan (some brands are even lower), then the first purchase is 6 x 4,000 = 24,000 yuan, and some manufacturers stipulate that there should be a minimum replenishment quantity in the later period. If we calculate it at 3,000 yuan, think about it. When you have only two or three varieties out of stock, how can you replenish them? Get 3000 yuan back at once, can you digest it? Unless you go to the supermarket to digest.
So, my idea is that friends in these three places represent two different brands, which means that their three small groups have mastered the agents of six brands. If there are six people in this team, each person only needs to represent 1. Calculate, how much has your financial pressure been reduced? For the products of the other five brands, you only need to take them from the team members and replenish them from them. No more than 2000, no less than 200, free replenishment, no minimum, how easy is it?

My first job was planning. As for publicity, my opinion is to do the most with the least money. At that time, the method I adopted was very simple, that is, leaflets and advertisements for tricycle bodies. Many people say that distributing leaflets is invalid. It should be said that these people simply don't know how to send them. At that time, in order to save money, I asked students to send them to the vegetable market. If the cost is plentiful, I suggest sweeping the building in the community and even hanging banners in the community. One of our advantages here is that there are more tricycles, and advertisements can be posted on the body. At present, 50% to 60% of the customers in my store see the tricycle advertisement.
In addition, there is one thing that can't be done for the time being because there is no time recently. That is to make shopping bags. Not only do I use this in my own shop, but half of it will be sold to vendors in the vegetable market at a loss. Only through them can my advertising shopping bag be unfolded.
At present, the advertising fee has spent 6000 yuan. If I have no long-term cooperation with the advertising industry, it is estimated that I will increase my investment by 2,000 yuan, because my 6,000 yuan is basically the cost price. Think about this 6000 yuan, it hurts!
