Su Wen's Neijing recorded obesity for the first time? Comment on the theory of "deficiency and excess": "If the attack of servants is eliminated, it will be dry, wilting, full of qi and fat, and sorghum will be ill." "Su Wen? The theory of strange diseases says: "this person will eat sweet fat." "It shows that the occurrence of obesity is related to overeating, congenital endowment and other factors, and points out that health care must pay attention to fat and thin physique [1].
Traditional Chinese medicine causes of obesity: due to old age and weakness, overeating, lack of exercise, congenital endowment and other reasons, qi deficiency and yang decline, phlegm and blood stasis are formed.
The pathogenesis of obesity in traditional Chinese medicine is that the stomach is strong and the spleen is weak, and phlegm and dampness are abundant, which leads to qi stagnation and blood stasis and internal heat is abundant. The so-called strong stomach and weak spleen are relative. Yangming is full of yang, strengthening the stomach is easy to turn into heat, and stomach heat disappears, which makes Shui Gu over-mature. Taiyin is full of yin, spleen is full of soil, and it is easy to hurt yang and get wet, which is the source of phlegm. If the stomach is full, the spleen and soil will stagnate, one will be damp and hot, and then it will turn into phlegm and dampness; Second, the spleen yang is damaged, and the spleen loses its transport, resulting in phlegm and dampness. Phlegm-dampness blocks qi movement, leading to qi stagnation. No matter phlegm-dampness or qi stagnation, it can stagnate and generate heat. Alternate phlegm and blood stasis, qi stagnation and blood stasis, and heat injury to blood collaterals. Therefore, on the basis of phlegm resistance, qi stagnation and internal heat, blood stasis can also be formed.
Location of disease: mainly in the spleen and stomach and muscles, but closely related to kidney qi deficiency and failure, and may involve the five internal organs.
Pathological nature: the disease can be divided into deficiency and excess, but overall, excess is more than deficiency.
① Reality: It mainly lies in stomach heat and phlegm-dampness, in which stomach heat is the cause of phlegm-dampness, and the accumulation of phlegm-dampness in ointment is the fruit of stomach heat and eating more. The sages said that "fat people have too much phlegm". Phlegm and dampness are often accompanied by qi stagnation, blood stasis and water dampness, so phlegm and blood stasis, phlegm and qi obstruction, phlegm turbidity and edema are common.
② Deficiency: it is mainly spleen-qi deficiency and insufficient transport, while Shui Gu's latent product is phlegm-dampness. Therefore, the predecessors had the view that "fat people have more qi deficiency". There is also spleen and kidney yang deficiency, or heart and lung qi deficiency, hepatobiliary excretion disorder. In addition, there are also cases of excess and deficiency, or excess and deficiency, which will eventually lead to the accumulation of ointment and fat and cause diseases.
Obesity: This disease mainly involves simple (physical) obesity, metabolic syndrome and other diseases in western medicine. Other secondary obesity with definite etiology should be treated mainly by primary disease. For asymptomatic type 2 diabetes, obese people can refer to the syndrome differentiation treatment of this disease.
The following mainly discusses the acupoint catgut embedding method for simple (constitutional) obesity in traditional Chinese medicine.
According to TCM syndrome differentiation, simple obesity mostly belongs to spleen deficiency and dampness excess, which leads to spleen and stomach disharmony. Can Shui Gu's subtle energy be dispersed and stored in the body?
Acupoint catgut embedding therapy is developed on the basis of traditional acupuncture weight loss. The absorbable thread body is buried in specific acupoints of human body with a special needle, and stimulates acupoints of human body such as Foot Yangming Stomach Meridian, Foot Taiyin Spleen Meridian, Foot Taiyang Bladder Meridian, Renmai, etc. through the thread body, so as to achieve the purposes of invigorating spleen and kidney, eliminating dampness and resolving phlegm, promoting transport and transformation, dredging fu organs, promoting diuresis, resolving phlegm, reducing blood fat and losing weight.
In addition, Professor Xin Zhuoping [2] observed in his early years that after catgut embedding treatment, obese patients' hunger decreased, food intake decreased, metabolic defecation increased, body weight and blood lipid decreased, which could regulate endocrine and nervous system, enhance waist and abdomen fat metabolism, and had obvious weight loss effect, especially on waist and hip circumference. Catgut embedding at acupoints makes up for the shortcomings of short needle retention time and more acupuncture times. Catgut embedding for two weeks 1 time is easy for patients to accept and insist. Catgut embedding is generally effective for 2-4 times, and the curative effect is remarkable for 4-8 times.
Common lines:
Acupoint catgut embedding can be absorbed by the human body, which is safe and effective with low rebound probability.
Routine course of treatment:
At present, acupoint catgut embedding is generally used to lose weight, 1 course of treatment is 3-5 times, about 3 courses of treatment, and catgut embedding is once every10-0/5 days. It varies from person to person.
Precautions:
(1) Strict aseptic operation to prevent infection. When implanting triangular needle, the operation should be light and accurate to prevent the needle from being broken.
(2) The catgut is best buried between subcutaneous tissue and muscle. Where the muscle is full, it can be buried in the muscle layer, and the catgut cannot be exposed outside the skin.
(3) According to different parts, master the depth of embedding, and don't hurt internal organs, large blood vessels and nerve trunks (don't directly ligate nerves and blood vessels), so as not to cause dysfunction and pain.
(4) It is not advisable to bury the thread when the skin has local infection or ulcer. This method is not suitable for active pulmonary tuberculosis, bone tuberculosis, severe heart disease or pregnancy.
(5) After the protein magnetized yarn is used, it can be soaked in 70% alcohol, or treated with bromogeramine, and then soaked in normal saline.
(6) When multiple treatments are carried out on an acupoint, the site of the previous treatment should be deviated.
(7) Pay attention to postoperative reaction, and handle any abnormal phenomena in time.
Adverse reactions:
A few patients will have bruises, induration, swelling, fever, redness and pain. What's more, aseptic inflammation will lead to suppuration. In most cases, after massage, hot compress and rest, they will recover themselves. If it is serious, you need to go to the hospital for treatment.
Finally, catgut embedding at acupoints reduces the body fat instead of water, which can ensure the health and vitality of the human body during weight loss, and the rebound rate is low, which is the biggest advantage of catgut embedding at acupoints to lose weight.
[A flash of light] [A flash of light] [A flash of light] Acupoint catgut embedding combined with scientific diet is better.
