Before being appointed as the President and CEO of the Company by the Board of Directors, Mr. IgnacioDominguez was the Chief Commercial Officer and a member of the Executive Committee of ADAMAAgriculturalSolutionsLtd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. He has worked in Andaomai Group for nearly 20 years and has more than 20 years of experience in agrochemical industry. IgnacioDominguez holds a master's degree in physics from Complutense University in Madrid, and is proficient in automatic calculus, microprocessor artificial intelligence structure and programming languages.
