2. During weight loss, the lighter the meat color, the better. According to color and depth, meat can be divided into three categories:
(1) Bright red or dark red: such as pork, beef and mutton, it is called black meat or red meat.
(2) White meat: such as chicken, duck, goose, rabbit and fish, it is called light meat or white meat;
(3) Almost colorless: it is mainly aquatic shellfish meat, such as mussel meat, oyster meat and crab meat, which is called colorless meat.
