Besides paying attention to diet, exercise is also essential. According to the old man, he started riding a bicycle at the age of 14 and has been riding for more than 80 years. "I think cycling needs the cooperation of hands and feet, which can exercise people's balance ability and is a good exercise." He said that he could still ride, but since last year, his children and grandchildren thought that he was too old to ride, so he walked instead. Every week, he will walk to the township two or three times, the distance is about 1 km. In addition, in the past two or three decades, he has been massaging twice a day, "from head to toe, once before getting up in the morning and once before going to bed at night, each time for about an hour." According to the old man, this can probably massage hundreds of acupoints on the body. Today, he knows all the common acupoints in the human body like the back of his hand.

"This is the result of my long-term study." The old man said that after retirement, he insisted on reading books and newspapers for two hours every day, especially the old man newspaper and health newspapers.
