The reason is that practicing yoga generally follows the following principles:

2. Unity of God and God: When practicing martial arts, we should combine the practice of mind (controlling the mind) with the practice of Qi (adjusting breathing), and guide Qi with the mind, that is, the mind is slightly focused on breathing, and the rhythm, length, thickness and speed of breathing are adjusted with the mind, and then the movement of Qi is guided or followed with the mind.

The kung fu of cultivating the mind lies in "quietness", and the kung fu of cultivating the spirit lies in the words "fine, deep, long, slow, steady, leisurely and even". Yoga external work and relaxation work focus on practicing intention, while internal work focuses on practicing qi, but both internal and external work emphasize the combination of emotion.

3. Combination of static and dynamic: China yoga tends to be quiet and lacks necessary activities. Therefore, other external forces of China Yoga should be carried out to obtain a more comprehensive fitness effect. After practicing China Yoga, all kinds of exercises should be quiet before moving.

Step by step: China Yoga is a kind of kungfu. Kung fu needs constant practice and gradual accumulation to achieve perfection, and it should be done step by step. Posture and breathing methods are from easy to difficult, and the method of entering silence is gradually deepening. The training time is short at first (every 30 to 60 minutes) and longer later.

To practice yoga well, we should also pay attention to the following specific issues:

3. When exercising, if you have shortness of breath and irritability, it is mostly caused by improper breathing methods or postures, or mental unhappiness, unwillingness to practice, or mental desertion. Find out the reasons and correct them.

4. Symptoms such as headache, dizziness and heavy head appear before and after practicing yoga, which are mostly caused by dyspnea or eagerness to achieve success, or mood swings. Find out the reason and correct it.
