We suggest that you eat four meals a day. All these foods, like all other foods, will make you feel satisfied (you can hardly have the strength to do other things without enough energy), give you energy and won't make you feel tired. The following is a very healthy diet schedule.
Breakfast: First, before breakfast, you should drink 8 ounces of water, 8 ounces of orange juice (non-concentrated juice) and a cup of hot tea or coffee. We recommend blueberry milkshake for breakfast.
