Leg movement

You can decide to do several groups of stovepipe exercises according to your personal situation.
Pillow stovepipe exercise
Sit on the bed, fold the pillow in half, clamp it with your knees, and squeeze the pillow hard for ten times;
Lie prone, support your jaw with your wrist, hold the pillow with your ankle, and squeeze the pillow hard for ten times;

Towel stovepipe exercise
