Every season, sometimes vegetables, okra will be on the market in July, and the market time is not long, but okra has many functions and rich nutrition, but it is not suitable for people who are cold and prone to diarrhea to eat too much. There are many ways to make okra, but how can okra be nutritious? Family practice is generally stir-fried or cold salad. Cold salad is simpler, just mix the juice after boiling.

Okra is a cool vegetable. People with gastrointestinal deficiency, poor function and frequent diarrhea should not eat more.

Practice 1: cold okra

Add some water to the pot and bring it to a boil. Drop a few drops of cooking oil and salt and add okra. Blanch for 3 minutes to remove astringency;

Take out and soak in cold water, then take out and control the moisture, and put it on a plate and add garlic paste, sesame oil or soy sauce;

Stir well and serve.

Method 2 scrambled eggs with okra

Wash okra and cut into sections;

Eggs are seasoned with a small amount of salt and chicken powder, and fried with a small amount of oil and water, which are smooth and soft;

Heat the oil pan, stir-fry the okra quickly, stir-fry.

Pour in the egg mixture and stir fry quickly. Let the egg mixture cover the okra as much as possible and stir fry until it is cooked.

Practice 3: Okra fried meat

Wash okra, roll it into slices and cut a little shredded pork. Cut a little ginger;

Put oil in the pot, add ginger after the oil is 70% hot; Add shredded pork and stir fry. When the shredded pork changes color, add chopped okra;

The fire kept burning. If you see that the okra is a little burnt, you can turn to low heat and continue frying. Adding salt in the process;

When the color of okra becomes soft, add a little chicken essence to eat.

Practice 4 Bacon Gumbo Roll

Wash okra, remove head and tail, cut into inches, blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes, and take out;

Cut the bacon in half (one can roll two sections of okra), put it in a pot (without oil) and fry it over low heat until cooked. Roll up the okra segments and put them on a plate. Pour in the sweet and spicy sauce.
