Okra is a cool vegetable. People with gastrointestinal deficiency, poor function and frequent diarrhea should not eat more.
Practice 1: cold okra

Practice 4 Bacon Gumbo Roll
Wash okra, remove head and tail, cut into inches, blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes, and take out;
Cut the bacon in half (one can roll two sections of okra), put it in a pot (without oil) and fry it over low heat until cooked. Roll up the okra segments and put them on a plate. Pour in the sweet and spicy sauce.
