Spot checks in the market found that many fake Fenjiu were made from recycled real wine bottles filled with ordinary liquor, deceiving consumers. Because the bottle cap of fake wine often reveals flaws, consumers can identify it as long as they master the characteristics of genuine bottle caps.
There are two kinds of real Fenjiu bottle caps. One is made of imported aluminum, and the thread cap is printed with the pattern of "Gu Jing Pavilion", which is neat and clear. The inner wall of the bottle cap is silvery white, and there is an elastic white hard plastic pad in the cap, so the seal is neat and tight, and the bottle body is inverted, so that the wine does not leak. There is a red arrow on the thread on the outer wall of the bottle cap to indicate the opening direction, and the word "open" is written in English. The other bottle cap is also made of aluminum with the words "Xinghua Village in Shanxi" and "Xinghua Village in Shanxi" printed on it.
Inside the small circle in the center of the bottle cap, there is a pattern of dark apricot blossom village, which feels smooth by hand. On the outside of the bottle cap, the words "Xinghua Village, Shanxi" and "Cunn, Xinghua, Shanxi" are written in Chinese pinyin, and there is a freehand picture of a shepherd boy riding on the back of a cow to answer questions and "point out Xinghua Village". The printing is exquisite and concise, the sealing thread is neat and tight, and the bottle body is inverted without leaking a drop of wine. The fake "Fenjiu" bottle cap is made of miscellaneous materials, the processing period is rough, the pattern of "Gujingge" or "Xinghua Village" on the bottle cap is not clearly printed, the production is not standardized, and there is decoloration. The inner wall of the bottle cap is dark or painted yellow, lined with paper pad or dark yellow plastic pad, and the sealing is irregular. There are often wine leaks.
