Recently, I always wonder, from birth to now, when did I start to pay attention to my body?

It should be from 20 17 that we can really communicate with the body and listen to its feelings. Then, I haven't listened to it well for more than 30 years. How lonely and depressing it should be In our education, apart from the lack of spiritual education, there is still a deficiency, that is, there is no physical education. (Unless the university is studying Chinese medicine. )

If people were born in 1980s or earlier, our parents would only ask about our symptoms and then use folk therapy to treat discomfort. This is already very good. Now in the city, as long as you feel unwell, you may go to the hospital and take anti-inflammatory drugs, antiviral drugs and antibiotics. We completely forgot that the body is a perfect system, and it has the ability of self-regulation, but we didn't use this regulation system.

I was in poor health when I was a child. I heard that I had a rash when I was a child. I ate all kinds of remedies and got all kinds of injections. I still remember when I was 5 or 6 years old, I got bronchitis, and the spanking needle hurt so much that I couldn't even sit down.

Now that I think about it, I may be helpless, afraid and uneasy when I was young, but no one will realize it, let alone help me solve it. Now, I realize it myself, and I have learned to solve it myself, so that my body can erase some memories of fear.

If I am lucky enough to be a mother in the future, the first thing I will do is to teach my children how to feel their bodies, how to communicate with their bodies and how to heal themselves.

Over the years, with the growth of age, the change of occupation and life, there will be various small conditions in the body, which will force you to become your own doctor. I began to listen to my body, feel it, and give appropriate self-healing methods.

Sagulu's voice yoga and moxibustion should be the most recommended self-healing methods for friends, which have been shared in some articles. Recently, I also tried aromatherapy with moxibustion, and the effect was remarkable. No matter in the special period when the epidemic is serious or in peacetime, mastering several methods of self-healing can undoubtedly save us the trouble of running to the hospital. The ultimate goal of these self-healing methods is to make the body unobstructed, eliminate toxins and achieve a balanced state.

Speaking of self-healing, the first and most basic thing is to learn to feel your body, and feeling your body begins with "breathing".

The attention and experience of breathing started from reading nan huaijin's book "Breathing Essentials" on 20 16, and it was from then on that I insisted on meditation and got a little "feeling" about my body.

Nan always talks about breathing like this:

Life depends on this breath, the throat is three inches here, and if you can't get in, you will die; If he didn't exhale when he came in, he would be dead. This life is so fragile and short, just between this breath.

Nan Lao said that breathing has both physical and psychological aspects. On the spiritual level, I practiced Sagulu's voice yoga with the "counting interest method" mentioned by Nan Lao in the book, and got a very wonderful experience. Now I have integrated it into the "Intelligent Empowerment" course of Nightingale series courses. Experiments have proved that this experience can be copied to others. There are students in the course who have the same experience as me. This is not clear in one or two articles. Let's talk about the physical level first.

So what exactly is breathing? How is breathing produced?

Each of us has a "airflow" in our bodies, which can also be said to be "wind".

Nan Lao said this:

There is a saying in Huangdi Neijing that the wind inside our bodies, this kind of airflow, is the word "good deeds change".

How to understand "kindness and fickleness"?

At that time, I made reading notes and recorded them in English, which seemed much easier to understand:

The wind in your body What I'm good at is. Move.

Goodness is not "kindness", but "being good at it".

The line is "change".

This means that the wind (airflow) in the body is constantly moving and changing.

He also said:

This gas in the body will not only move, but also change in quantity. Why do people have a stroke? When the wind blows to that joint, the temperature in this part is not enough, or the joint is loose. Once the gas gets here, whoo! I see. I can't move. When the wind meets it, it will agglomerate and become solid, and then it will grow tumors and give birth to cancer.

When I woke up in the morning, my right nose was very smooth, but my left side was not very smooth, so there was something wrong with my body. If you add difficulty breathing and there are more problems, you will know for yourself. More than that, even the fart below is different from the gas around. Do you think it is so easy to give up? I know for myself that this life is not that simple.

If you inhale, if you stay there and don't go out, it's all carbon gas, which will make you sick. Breathing needs circulation to be healthy!

"Numerical change" is an essential change. "Qi" or "wind" is inherently flowing. When it meets something, it hardens, and it changes qualitatively in you. And this qualitative change process is the process of disease production.

After reading this book, I have an understanding of "Qi" in my body. I observe my breathing every day to see if this "qi" is unobstructed. When you carefully understand it, the feeling of "unobstructed" is easy to be caught. When you experience it once, you will have this lifelong self-identity ability.

When the airflow is unobstructed, I can feel the nasal cavity, esophagus, stomach and intestines reaching the anus, all the way down and up, all of which are unobstructed. That kind of feeling is really special, relaxed and free, and light in body.

So how to achieve this effect?

The first self-healing method I use in a day is: slapping.

First of all, let's take a look at the human back organ reflex map:

This is just for the back. In fact, every acupoint in the body has its specific function and relationship.

Only one prop is needed to flap. (Taobao can search for meridian props) Use this prop to dredge the airflow of the body from top to bottom along the direction of meridians.

Flapping is also a common therapy at present. One of my students studied this therapy and came to my home as a guest. He gave me a short pat therapy. That kind of feeling is very different from filming yourself, very comfortable. It happened that another student learned bowl singing therapy, and she also let me experience it. At present, I think slapping, voice yoga and bowl singing therapy have one thing in common. That is:

Through vibration, the airflow of the body can be dredged and combed to achieve an orderly state.

How to understand it?

One day, after I finished voice yoga, I thought of such a description and shared it with the students. Now I will share it with you:

Adults contain 70%-75% water. When we do voice yoga, vibration will produce some wave rate, which will make the water in our body vibrate. At first, it may vibrate in disorder, just like throwing stones at random in the lake. The ripples spread and fuse together, and it is impossible to tell which stone has laid which waterline. When we know how to put a stone into the lake, every time we put it, we must observe the ripples it opens, so that the water in our body will be orderly. So much water in the body must affect our energy. When water is in an orderly vibration state, our energy is also orderly.

This truth is the same as praising the cure. By jumping and vibrating, ode heals the human body with its sound waves. The difference is that ode is an external vibration, sound yoga is your own vibration, and you are the object of vibration and acting on it.

Now, I want to add flapping to this internal vibration. Flapping is to slap the body with fists or props with different strength according to the body's reaction. This process is also shaking and acting on itself. Its vibration shook some blocked places and made the air circulate.

The back reflection diagram above is very intuitive and reasonable. When I photographed the reflected part, the organs of the corresponding part began to operate, and the operation was very obvious. The most obvious are the stomach and intestines. Every time they are slapped, they will squirm, make noises, expel dirty air and even defecate. The most intuitive phenomenon of unobstructed body is farting and defecating.

Every morning, after I finished awakening yoga, I began to pat my whole body, from my neck to the soles of my feet. This round of filming, the body will sweat, will be hot, and feel the blood flowing.

When my body is in a stable state, my thinking will be particularly clear and my work efficiency will be particularly high.

Then why did I start aromatherapy again? What's the difference between it and slapping?

The latest attempt at aromatherapy began in 2006.

Sudden chest pain in 2006, and then went to the hospital for examination. It turns out that I have breast hyperplasia. Later, I chatted with my sisters and realized that many women have this problem, and some are younger than me. This problem has always been with me, although it has not worsened, but it has both good and bad.

After I started writing, I fixed a posture every day, and the most tired ones were my shoulders, neck and arms. These parts directly affect the "scapula" connected to the breast. In other words, the whole chest is connected and interacts with each other. If one has a problem, the other cannot be avoided.

Because I write at my desk every day, and I write happily, and I don't get up and walk at all. Even if I get up and walk, I can't let go every day. The neck, shoulders and shoulder blades are all connected. There is lymph on the neck, lymph under the armpit, and the breast also belongs to the lymphatic system. In this way, the neck hurts and the shoulders are tight, and the breast will be blocked. In addition, under the breast is the liver. When the transport capacity of the liver is not good, the toxin will be blocked in the place where the scapula is sutured. So breast pain can make the back uncomfortable and even painful. This is my body's reaction after I started writing. I am overworked.

Using aromatherapy, I accidentally talked to a friend about this problem. I didn't know she was an aromatherapist at first. She keeps a low profile and believes in Buddhism. That day, she just used her own essential oil to soothe my neck. I already think the effect is remarkable, so I asked her to help me adjust the essential oil to dredge my breasts. She also taught me how to dredge the breast. This technique is very different from what I experienced in the beauty salon before. The massage direction of aromatherapy is to find lymphatic drainage. That is, apply the essential oil to the affected area, push it in the direction of lymphatic drainage, and then go to the abdomen to let the toxin be discharged from urine and feces.

For example:

Starting from behind the ear, pushing down along the neck, pushing to the armpit, and continuing to push down to the abdomen is a complete process. Be patient and slowly clear the place you feel blocked.

Before you feel your body carefully with your hands, you may only feel an overall discomfort or pain. When you start to massage by hand, it will be easy to find that certain acupoints are blocked. When you find this point, it is a matter of patience and time.

One day, after I finished massaging with essential oil, I found a blockage that was difficult to clear. It is located under the left breast, near the chest. That place is very painful, and it has also affected my appetite for those days. I feel that I can't swallow anything. After I finished the essential oil massage, I added moxibustion and moxibustion to the pain points. The blocked place became more and more swollen, and the pain became more and more obvious, but then I took a breath and started to go to my abdomen, and then I farted and got through. There is no pain in that blocked place. That feeling is amazing. I think my body is visible. I can open the blocked place by hand, and the water flows smoothly.

Later, I found the human anatomy map. I found that the blocked place is the part where the liver connects with esophagus and stomach. No wonder I feel like I can't eat. I'm so angry. The area in the yellow box below is blocked.

I massaged myself in this way for three weeks, and with moxibustion, my breasts were basically opened, and then I didn't repeat the original pain.

As mentioned above, the problem of the breast is not just the breast, it is integrated with the neck, shoulders, shoulder blades, etc., so you can't just press the breast when massaging, and the shoulder blades, especially that seam, need to be dredged most.

Then I can't massage my back myself. What should I do?

Ask Mr. Price. On condition that I press it for him and he presses it for me. Now is a special time, everyone is still on vacation, so make good use of this time at home. These simple dredging can be carried out between family members.

Next, I will share with you the essential oil formula for dredging breasts and relieving shoulders and necks. This is a very basic formula, but it is already very effective:

If you have about 10 kinds of essential oil, it has many uses. Toner and cream can be solved.

(You can buy a picture book "Moxibustion Therapy for All Diseases" in Taobao, and basic minor problems can heal themselves at home. )

I wrote so much because I wanted everyone to feel their bodies. In fact, it is really visible. However, everyone's body is different, even my family, I can't make them feel the same as me. After repeated persuasion, many people just believe in drugs. Novel coronavirus attacked the human immune system, so where did the powerful immune system come from?

It comes from our thinking, diet and self-regulation.

When we talk about self-healing, body and mind are inseparable. What I share today is purely physical. I hope this little experience will make everyone pay more and more attention to their health. The body is a medium through which our spiritual strength can be expressed in the world. You should take good care of it. Like everyone else, I am unprofessional, not strong and unhealthy. It is precisely because I encountered these physical problems and suffered a lot that I began to heal myself. I still write and read every day. I still need these nurses every day. Every time, my body will tell me from the bottom of my heart:

Please be patient with me, please care about me, I am one with you.
