Assembly material

The composition of a bra is quite complicated. Generally speaking, a bra needs more than thirteen kinds of materials, such as main fabric, lace (lace), mesh cloth and bright frame cloth, non-woven fabric, cotton knitted or fine cloth, shoulder strap, elastic band, steel wire, back hook, adjusting ring, twill cloth (ribbon, binding belt), decorative flowers, stitching and so on. According to the designer's creativity, first calculate the single piece consumption of each material, and then consider the function, elasticity and yarn direction of each textile or nonwoven fabric.

Material assembly channels often involve many countries and regions at home and abroad. Technology and production

Bra production is a collective management mode. It takes many people to work at the same time to finish. First of all, the process flow is formulated by the process technology department. The production time of a standard bra is more than 600 seconds per piece. Increase or decrease with the simplicity or complexity of style. Popular functional bras in the market, such as soft beads and water bags, have complicated processes, and some of them take more than 2000 seconds per piece. Each 600-second bra process is divided into 20-30 processes, and more than a dozen special sewing machines with sewing function are used. Each person operates a process and 20 to 30 people form a production line. Each process has strict stitch specifications. At the same time of production, self-inspection, mutual inspection and quality inspection should also be done well. After the product production process is completed, it should be sent to the professionally trained inspection room, and the special inspection personnel will conduct all-round quality re-inspection and needle inspection. Prevent broken needle particles from being mixed into products during the manufacturing process. Before leaving the factory, the finished products that have been packaged and put into storage after acceptance by the inspection room need to be unpacked and sampled by the export commodity inspector and the quality management department.
