Halve breakfast and lunch, and don't eat high-calorie things. Of course, fish still needs to be eaten, and so does rice, but just pay attention to the amount. I usually have vegetable soup or apples for dinner before six.
I do aerobic exercise for half an hour at about 7 o'clock every night. Now I'm doing Duoyan Zheng aerobics. Not bad. I don't have to jump.
