Exercise:
1. Peel garlic and put it in a blender. If you don't have a blender at home, you can chop it directly. Wash and chop the millet pepper and put it in a bowl for later use.
2. Add 2 tablespoons peanut oil to the pot, and add pepper, aniseed, cinnamon and fragrant leaves. After frying, take out the spices and throw them away.
3. Pour the oil into a bowl of garlic and millet pepper, and pour a spoonful of white sesame seeds.
4. Then pour in a spoonful of soy sauce, and finally add a spoonful of white vinegar, half a spoonful of salt and a spoonful of sugar, and mix well.
5. When making bibimbap or bibimbap, pour the universal seasoning juice and stir it for a few times, which will be delicious.
